Welcome to the Summer Season of ‘Wisdom Well’, a holistic program designed using all my years of experience in working with women, energetics and strength. As we step into the warmth and vibrancy of summer, we will connect deeply with your inner wisdom and embrace a holistic approach to well-being. This season, we draw inspiration from the powerful energies of three goddesses—Brigid, Artemis, and Yemaya—each guiding us through renewal, empowerment, and balance.

Brigid, the Celtic Goddess of Healing and Vitality
July is all about rejuvenation and reconnecting with your inner child. Brigid’s nurturing energy will help you ignite your creative spark and revitalise your body and spirit. You will feel renewed through creative expression, joyful movement, and mindful gratitude practices.
Artemis, the Greek Goddess of Strength and Empowerment
In August, we channel the fierce independence and strength of Artemis. This warrior goddess empowers us to build physical strength and mental resilience. Through targeted Pilates routines, mindful breathwork, and setting healthy boundaries, you will harness your inner warrior and embrace your personal power.
Yemaya, the African Goddess of Balance and Harmony
September brings the soothing and nurturing presence of Yemaya. This ocean goddess guides us to find balance and harmony within ourselves and our surroundings. You will cultivate a serene and balanced life through balanced nutrition, gentle Pilates, restorative breathwork, and practices that foster inner peace.
Pilates & Weights for Physical Strength and Flexibility
Our Pilates & Luna Lifting sessions enhance physical strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Each month, we will focus on specific Pilates and/or Strength routines that align with the goddess energies, helping you to:
July – Rejuvenate your body with invigorating Pilates flows that promote vitality. Luna Lifting will focus on creating muscular balance
August – Build core strength and resilience with powerful, targeted routines in both Pilates and Luna Lifting
September – Find balance and harmony through gentle, restorative Pilates practices.
Breathwork for Mindfulness and Stress Relief
Breathwork is a powerful tool for connecting with your inner self and managing stress. Our guided breathwork sessions will complement the goddess energies, helping you to:
July – Foster a sense of renewal and joy through energising breathwork.
August – Cultivate mental clarity and strength with empowering breath practices.
September – Achieve inner calm and balance with soothing, restorative breathwork.
Nutrition for Nourishment and Vitality
Nutrition plays a crucial role in our overall health and well-being.
This summer, we will explore:
July – Fresh, vibrant foods that support detoxification and vitality, inspired by Brigid’s renewal energy.
August – Nutrient-dense, protein-rich meals that build strength and resilience, reflecting Artemis’s empowering presence.
