Welcome to the Winter Season of Wisdom Well, where we embrace the wisdom of winter and prepare for the renewal that spring brings. From January through March 2025, we’ll focus on aligning with the rhythms of the season, detoxing the mind and body, and building strength with a deeper connection to the cycles of the moon. This season is designed to help you feel empowered, clear, and strong—inside and out.
🌿 Seasonal Focus: Winter Detox & Renewal
Winter is a time of rest and reflection, the perfect opportunity to detox your system and reset your intentions. Together, we’ll work to release what no longer serves you—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
This season’s focus includes:
• Gentle Detox Practices: Nourish your body with clean eating guidance, hydration tips, and tools to support your natural detoxification systems.
• Mindset Reset: Clear mental clutter with practices that help you align with your intentions for the year ahead.
• Seasonal Support: Explore foods, rituals, and habits tailored to winter’s slower pace, helping you feel grounded and vibrant.
💪 Exercise Spotlight: Luna Lifting
This winter, our exercise program focuses on Luna Lifting, a weightlifting program designed to harmonise with the moon cycles. By syncing strength-building exercises with lunar energy, we’ll create a routine that feels both powerful and restorative.
What to Expect:
• Phase-Specific Workouts: Learn how to align your strength training with the moon’s phases to maximize energy during the waxing moon and prioritize recovery during the waning moon.
• Build Inner & Outer Strength: Lift weights with intention, cultivating physical resilience and mental focus.
• Customisable Progressions: Whether you’re new to weightlifting or experienced, this program adapts to meet you where you are.

The moon cycles are a powerful tool for aligning your energy and intentions. Over the winter months, we’ll deepen our connection to the moon and explore how its phases can guide us:
• New Moon (Rest & Intention-Setting): Reflect on what you wish to cultivate and take time to rest.
• Waxing Moon (Growth & Action): Build momentum in your workouts and habits.
• Full Moon (Celebration & Clarity): Celebrate your progress and gain clarity on your goals.
• Waning Moon (Release & Recovery): Let go of what isn’t working and focus on restoration.
Together, we’ll align with the moon to create balance and flow in your fitness, detox practices, and daily life.
